How to Choose the Best Mangoes for Making Mango Shakes

Mango shakes are a delicious and refreshing treat that can be enjoyed year-round. When selecting mangoes for making this delicious beverage, it is important to choose the right type of mango to ensure the perfect flavor and texture. Here are some tips to help you choose the best mangoes for making mango shakes. First, it is important to look for mangoes that are ripe but still slightly firm. Mangoes that are overripe will be too soft to blend properly, resulting in a gritty texture. Look for mangoes that are slightly soft when you give them a gentle squeeze, but not so soft that they are mushy. Second, smell the mangoes before buying them. Ripe mangoes should have a sweet aroma and should smell slightly fruity. Avoid mangoes that have a sour or fermented smell, as these are signs of overripeness. Third, check the color of the mangoes. Ripe mangoes will typically have a yellow-orange hue and will be slightly darker than an unripe mango. Avoid green mangoes, as these are not ideal for making shakes. Finally, select mangoes that are free of bruises or blemishes. Bruised or blemished mangoes may have lost some of their flavor or could be overripe. By following these tips, you can be sure to choose the best mangoes for making delicious and refreshing mango shakes.

To Write Or Not to Write!

Hi all,

I have been out of the car for two weeks now! Good or Bad? I can’t tell yet. Well, I must say one thing, it does have the mind working overtime. I have been riding the train and even have a metro-card (epic to say the least).

Last night I attend a meeting uptown manhattan on ——-(does it really matter). On my way home from the metting I had to walk maybe 8-10 blocks to subway (exercise), stopped for dinner with one of my favorite females. This normally doesn’t happen. Had a great meal and a great talk about the future.

We both feared the heat in the subway, but had no other choice. The station was clean and train came in wo minutes. We got seats and I quickly notices about 10 people in the car. Two young ladies caught my attention. They spoke about writing and journalism, which in-turn has mw writing this post today. I have to say that as people we are lazy and very unwilling. Time for change!

I will encourage myself and my ladies to write more. I will form more complete sentences! LOL… Writing is good, but it is all about the message folks!

Thanks…

Rants of a madman!
